By entering contests conducted by William Supko Photography participants agree to follow all rules as listed below. William Supko Photography reserves the right at any time to alter, add or dismiss rules as the company sees fit. William Supko Photography also reserves the right to terminate contests or substitute prizes of equal or greater value for any reason at any time. By submitting/entering a contest you agree to the following:

Eligibility - Contest participants must be 18 years of age or older and legal US residents. Contest is void where prohibited. Participants are permitted one submission per contest unless otherwise noted. Only one entrance permitted per household. The company reserves the right to disqualify any person who does not follow the guidelines and rules listed. Individual contest may have additional rules. Prizes must be claimed within 30 of notification.

Contest Entries - The company is not responsible for submission failure including: incomplete entry forms, failure of email delivery, technical difficulties with the internet, and undeliverable email/mail addresses.

Publicity - Winners give the company permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.

Third Party - The company values your privacy and will never sell your name, email address, address, telephone number or any other personal information to a third party.

Release - By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize.

Decisions - By participating in any contest with William Supko Photography you agree to be bound by the decisions made by the company. Disruptive, annoying, harassing and threatening behavior will disqualify an individual from ALL contests held by the company.

Odds of winning - Odds of winning for any contest depend on the number or participants.
